Iowa Utility Board extends comment deadline on distributed generation one more day

The Iowa Utilities Board has announced that its electronic filing system has experienced some technical difficulties.

Because of that, it is granting a one day extension of the deadline for making comments to the IUB regarding distributed generation--to the end of the business day on Wednesday.  Utilities Board officials say their electronic filing system is back up and running.

Winneshiek Energy District representatives are urging Winneshiek County residents to consider filing a comment to the IUB if you have not yet done so.
