Free Clinic sponsoring Health Insurance Marketplace application assistance

The Decorah Community Free Clinic has begun sponsoring Health Insurance Marketplace application assistance.
 
Certified application counselors from Crescent Community Health Center can help choose and apply for plans in the Marketplace and the Iowa Health and Wellness program. Call (563) 552-8080 for an appointment at First Lutheran Church. For more information, call the Free Clinic (563) 419-0962.

Information on these health insurance plans will also be available at the Free Clinic during normal clinic hours, 5 to 7 p.m. Thursdays.
