Winneshiek County Chapter of American Cancer Society is getting ready for this year's Relay for Life

The 2014 Relay for Life cancer research fundraiser isn't until this spring--and spring seems a l0ong way off at this point!

But volunteers manned a table at Friday night's Decorah girls and boys basketball games as a way to publicize the upcoming event.  The group is signing up people who will have a team walking at the event.

In addition to the team registration, Cancer Society volunteers sold purple feet cancer donation cutouts and handed out "goodies."

The 2014 Winneshiek County Relay for Life will be held beginning at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7th, at the Decorah HS Stadium.
