Decorah man ticketed following two-car accident on Highway 9

A Decorah man, 39-year-old Brooke Joyce, was ticketed following a two-car accident Friday afternoon on Highway 9 at the entrance to the Gundersen Decorah Clinic.

Joyce allegedly turned left into the path of a car driven by 18-year-old Justin Teff of Dorchester.  The accident caused a total of $10,000 in damages.  Neither driver was injured, but Joyce was ticketed for Failure to Yield on a Left Turn.
