City of Decorah will hold an electronics and appliance recycling event

The City of Decorah will hold an appliance and electronics recycling collection the last full weekend in January--Saturday and Sunday, January 25th and 26th.

Some of the details are still being worked out, but the event will allow people to purchase stickers at City Hall ahead of time, then drop off their appliances and electronics at a collection area in the lower Fareway parking lot.

Last January's electronics and appliance recycling event in Decorah was a huge success, with over 350 stickers sold.
