Burr Oak man arrested for failing to make court appearance on burglary charges

A Burr Oak man, Mark Schroeder, has been arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies for failing to appear in court on second degree theft charges. 

After Schroeder was taken into custody, he was also charged with third degree burglary for his alleged involvement in a burglary at Silver Springs Golf Course in Ossian in July.

Sheriff's deputies say their investigation into the golf course burglary is still going on.  They're asking anyone with further information to contact either Deputy Tim Felton or Deputy Dan Marx at (563) 382-4268.
