An Aase Haugen Homes resident walked away from the home on Thanksgiving

A resident of the memory care unit at Aase Haugen Homes is back in the facility after causing a brief scare on Thanksgiving Day.

A newspaper delivery person found the man lying on a sidewalk in his underwear, with a little bit of bleeding.  The newspaper deliverer called Decorah Police, who assisted on the medical call.

However, the man was treated and returned to his facility at the nursing home.
