Two county supervisors will supervise defense of lawsuit filed by Chimney Rock Campground

County supervisors John Logsdon and Floyd Ashbacher will be the county board's liaison with the legal team defending the county from a lawsuit by Chimney Rock Campground owner Deb Keefe.  The two were elected to the position on Monday.

County Attorney Andy Van der Maaten, who told supervisors there were no new recent developments in the lawsuit, had asked for two supervisors to act as the point persons for the county board for the legal defense.
