New concession stand and restroom facility under construction

A new concession stand and restroom facility is currently under construction next to the downtown tennis courts and softball field. The facility is a joint project of Decorah Parks and Recreation and the Decorah Community Schools. It will also provide some storage space for the programs in that area.
