City of Decorah wants to meet with Vernon Street neighbors

City of Decorah officials will be setting up a neighborhood meeting in the future with property owners along Vernon Street near Phelps Park.

The city last year made improvements to the walls in Phelps Park along Park Street.  Now city officials are studying possible changes to Vernon Street as well, but they want to meet first with neighbors to get their input.
