Kephart's Music to merge with West Music in 2014

Kephart's Music Center and West Music Company will merge on January 1st of 2014.

A letter sent to the customers of the two companies says "Our combined resources will provide an even larger selection of top quality products and additional services."

Kephart Music Center has stores in Decorah and Dubuque. West Music Company has stores in Cedar Falls, Coralville, Marion, Moline, Illinois, Ottumwa and Urbandale,

Further details of the merger have not been announced.
