Certified enrollment for Decorah Schools down slightly

The certified enrollment is down slightly this year for Decorah Schools. It decreased from 1419.07  to 1,393.52 this year. Total students served decreased from 1689 to 1686. Complicated formulas determine the certified enrollment number and that enrollment is what determines state funding. The decrease could have an impact of $180,000 for the 2015 fiscal year.
