Wagner wins race in Decorah's 4th Ward

Longtime Decorah resident Bill Wagner has won a seat on the Decorah City Council.  Wagner faced off against Luther College student Matthew Gausmann in the 4th Ward race:

Matthew Gausmann     50 votes
Bill Wagner                 127 votes
