City of Decorah's First Ward city council election features two incumbents

Whichever candidate wins the November 5th election for the Decorah City Council's First Ward seat, it will be someone with previous experience.  Randy Schissel has been serving as 5th Ward representative for the past eight years, while Jarrad Walter has been serving as 1st Ward representative since the resignation of John Franzen.
