An art exhibit featuring New Testament calligraphic paintings by Minneapolis artist Kirsten Malcolm Berry will be on display starting Friday and running through December 8th on the second floor of the Luther College Center for Faith and Life. The exhibit is open to the public with no charge for admission.
Berry received a bachelor's degree in art from Bethel College (Bethel University) in 1978. She also completed coursework in drawing, painting and watercolor at the University of Minnesota and University of Iowa. She has had 56 solo shows and participated in a similar number of group exhibitions. Berry's works have appeared on religious periodicals, calendars, Augsburg Sunday Fortress bulletins and on book covers.
