Luther College has reported an increase in the number of crimes on its campus.

The school's annual report has just been filed with the federal government.  All colleges and universities are required to report on the number of crimes committed on campus, under the terms of the "Clery Act."

The 2012 report shows a total of 225 crimes.  211 of those were liquor law violations.  But there were four forcible sex offenses reported and 10 drug law violations.

But comparison, there were 175 campus crimes reported for 2011, with 153 liquor law violations and 19 drug law violations.
