Work begins on new park in Decorah

Decorah's newest park is on property across from Vennehjem off Locust Road.

While full development of the park is not scheduled yet, the Decorah Parks & Recreation Department has taken steps to make the property usable.  The land has been graded and seeded, creating an open space for recreational activities.
