"Casting for Recovery" visits Decorah

The group "Casting for Recovery" visited Decorah over the weekend to help women with their fight against breast cancer.

Casting for Recovery is a national program that helps women in their fight against breast cancer through fly fishing.  Women came from all over the state of Iowa to enjoy learning to fly fish at Trout Run.  The women stayed at the Hotel Winneshiek and also participated in a series of weekend activities, including meeting new friends and sharing stories.

This was the first time this program has been offered in Iowa and Decorah was the host.
