NICC to honor three with Calmar campus ties

Northeast Iowa Community College has announced it will recognize two Calmar campus graduates and a longtime Calmar employee in ceremonies October 21st.

The NICC Hall of Fame will hold induction ceremonies for 1993 graduate Tami Brincks of Calmar, a Human Resources Business Partner at Tri-Tech Software Systems in Decorah, and for 2003 graduate Dr. John W. Pleggenkuhle, a chiropractor from West Union.

In addition, the school has named Darwin Schrage as its outstanding retiree.  Schrage worked as a business instructor and administrator from 1967 until 2000, retiring as was vice president for student services and institutional advancement for the college.
