Winneshiek Medical Center brought in $4,180,610 in operating revenues in August and made a net gain of $169,732 after expenses.
But WMC Chief Financial Officer Lynn Luloff had a few concerns. The financial figures were below the hospital's budget goals for the month. Luloff is also concerned about a drop in the number of inpatient cases at the hospital, although she notes "inpatient census is down across the country."
Nevertheless, for July and August--the first two months of the hospital's fiscal year--it is showing a net gain of $227,524.
