Decorah bald eagle D1 continues to head home

Decorah bald eagle "D1" has crossed back into the United States. The bald eagle has just completed a summer/fall three month visit to Polar Bear Provincial Park on Hudson Bay in Canada for the second year in a row. 

Raptor Resource Project Executive Director Bob Anderson says, "With luck she will soon be close enough to allow me to take the portable satellite receiver out and locate her."
