Bank of the West donates to Winneshiek Energy District

Bank of the West has given a  $500 grant to the Winneshiek Energy District.  The grant supports free Direct Installs for low to moderate income households in Winneshiek County where propane is the primary fuel source. The Direct Install program helps residents lower their energy bills by installing low cost, high impact energy efficiency measures.
