Luther Nordic Choir to release a new CD

Luther College's Nordic Choir will release its newest CD, "Go, Lovely Rose," this Friday.

"Go, Lovely Rose," features musical selections that were performed during the choir's 2012-13 academic year touring schedule. The CD features the title track, as well as "The Lord is the Everlasting God" by Kenneth Jennings; a new piece, "A Spotless Rose" by British composer Paul Mealor; "Praise to the Lord," arranged by F. Melius Christiansen; and the Nordic Choir traditional closing piece, "O Lord God" by Pavel Chesnokov.
