Winneshiek Medical Center to offer pilates classes starting Monday

Winneshiek Medical Center starting MOnday will offer Pilates classes for people of all skill levels in the new Rehab Fitness Studio at the medical center. The new sessions run through Friday, December 27th.  

Interested participants can purchase one class for $10, or purchase a 5-class punch card for $45 or a 10-class punch card for $80.  There are also discounts available for students and WMC staff.  Sign up for the new Pilates classes offered at Winneshiek Medical Center by downloading a registration form from www.winmedical.org/classes-and-events or calling 563-387-3031 to sign up.

Mondays
8:45-9:45am Morning Mat Work
12:10-12:50pm Lunch Express  
3:45-4:45pm Afternoon Mat Work

Tuesdays
6:15-7:00am Early Express  
8:45-9:45am Morning Mat Work

Wednesdays
8:45-9:45am Morning Mat Work
12:10-12:50pm Lunch Express
5:15-6:15pm Evening Mat Work

Thursdays
6:15-7:00am Early Express
8:45-9:45am Morning Mat Work
3:45-4:45pm Afternoon Mat Work

Fridays
8:45-9:45am Morning Mat Work

All equipment is provided.  The classes will be held in the lower level Rehab Fitness Studio, with access through door E1 and parking in Parking Lot E.
