A class designed to help Winneshiek County businesses improve their bottom line by ramping up their customer service skills will be offered October 16th in Decorah.
"How to Become the CEO of Customer Service" will be offered from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Country Inn in Decorah.
The $20 class will teach participants the difference between "good enough" and "outstanding" service that builds ongoing relationships and qualifies business owners and managers to be called "the CEO of customer service."
Instructor Sheila Schmidt has a background in human resources, customer service, learning and development, organizational management and team building. Her diverse background has led her to offer high energy and interactive training for those involved with businesses of all sizes.
