Carrie Lee noise still hanging around

Although neighbors report conditions have improved, school officials confirm there are still glitches in the programming system for Carrie Lee air conditioning systems.  They continue to cycle on at inappropriate times. Beyond the unnecessary noise, the ongoing problem is costing the district money to work with Trane personnel as well as adding to electric bills.

The district is still holding off on final decisions regarding surrounding fencing/insulating materials to be installed around the air conditioning units until more information is gathered regarding the cause and remedy of the problem.
