Wreath laid at courthouse's Civil War monument

The Winneshiek County Historical Society held a Civil War commemoration Saturday afternoon at the Winneshiek County Courthouse.  There was a "laying of the wreath" at the Civil War monument on the Courthouse Grounds.  The program was part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the Winneshiek County Historical Society.
