NEICAC manager wins certification

NEICAC Transit Program Operations/Mobility Manager Karn Pankow has earned the designation as a "Certified Community Action Professional" from the National Community Action Partnership located in Washington DC. 

The path to attaining the CCAP designation is an involved process that requires an extensive documented background in many areas which include education, professional development, management, involvement in one's community, and community action efforts. Additionally required is a written body of work that impacts the organization and reflects specific community action principles.  The final step is successfully passing a nationally proctored three hour examination.
