Cancer survivors sought for September 11th Winneshiek Celebration of Life photo

The Winneshiek County Celebration of Life committee is inviting all women who are cancer survivors to participate in a group survivor's celebration photo at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11th on the Winneshiek County Courthouse steps. In case of rain the photo will be taken at the Elk's Club, Decorah.

Winneshiek County Celebration of Life, a not for profit organization, is dedicated to the health and well being of the women in the area, providing free preventive mammogram screenings, Fuel for the Fight gasoline grants, and supporting our local chapter of "Look Good, Feel Better" with gift certificates to participants for wigs, scarves, or hats.

The mission of Winneshiek County Celebration of Life is to promote awareness and early detection of disease through education and financial support of preventive and screening.
