Letter to the Editor: Your comments wanted on Lawn Chair Night

Please allow me to say "Thank You" to the Decorah community for supporting live music performances during this summer's Lawn Chair Night concert series.  The artists did a wonderful job and offered their audiences a diverse range of musical styles.  Holding some concerts at Water Street Park provided an intimate venue and was a nice change of pace.  Thank you to the Downtown Decorah Betterment Association for sponsoring this enriching annual event.

Thank you also to the Winneshiek County Energy District, decorahnews.com, Decorah Newspapers, Decorah Chamber of Commerce, and Lissa Blake for assistance with logistics and publicity.  Special thanks to Ross Hadley and David Lester for their hard work.
