Dubuque Police have taken into custody 21-year-old Troy Laufenberg of Monona, who is wanted for child endangerment and several drug-related charges.
Police had been looking for Laufenberg for six weeks. He was taken into custody Saturday night at a Dubuque convenience store. Laufenberg was arrested for violation of probation. He also has warrants for arrest and faces charges in Wisconsin and in Clayton County.
Clayton County authorities believe Laufenberg is responsible for severely injuring Myah Larson of Monona.
