Applications being accepted for housing rehab projects by low to moderate income homeowers

Applications are now being accepted for housing rehabilitation and improvement projects in Winneshiek County and the City of Decorah.

The Northeast Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund is helping to promote affordable housing projects by low to moderate income homeowners in the area.  Eligible projects include rehabilitation and repair of existing housing.  The projects include, but are not limited to, roofs, windows, siding, plumbing, electrical, energy efficiency, lead paint removal and handicap accessibility.
