Ask Mr. Answer Person: "Are the colored lights on the Trout Run Trail bridge working again?"

Dale e-mails: "Mr. Answer Person,  Did they ever get the lights figured out on the new bike trail bridge? Seems like Nordic Fest would have been the ideal time to showcase it and provide a nice warm welcome look to Decorah. What's been happening in that regard?"

Mr. Answer Person says: "The bridge lights were out Monday night, but they were on during Nordic Fest and have been on for most of the time since the bridge opened.  The lights are controlled by a computer at City Hall and occasionally there is a computer glitch, but the LED lights are working the way city officials hoped they would.
