Letter-writing campaign results in around 100 letters in opposition to Millenium Ag expansion

Around 100 letters in opposition to the proposed Millenium Ag expansion in northern Winneshiek Count have been received by the Winneshiek County Sanitarian's Office.

The letters are now being forwarded to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.  While the cutoff for submitting comments to Winneshiek County was last Friday afternoon, the cutoff for submitting public comments to the
Iowa DNR is August 7th.
