State Street/Claiborne Drive intersection will open before Nordic Fest

The State Street/Claiborne Drive intersection will be open in time for Nordic Fest.  That's the promise from Lindsay Erdman of Erdman Engineering, which is supervising the project.

The former intersection has been replaced by a new T intersection designed to improve traffic flow in the area.

Erdman says lane striping might not be finished by Nordic Fest, but "the intersection should function."
