Nordic Fest canoe race has been cancelled

This year's Nordic Fest Kanolopet canoe race has been cancelled.

Nordic Fest, in making the announcement, said the business which organizes the event, River & Trail Outfitters, was impacted by flood waters earlier this summer and requested this year's race be cancelled.  However, they intend to host the event once again next year.
