Ted & Edna Schrandt given Winneshiek County Fair Service Award

Decorah residents Edna and Ted Schrandt have been given an award for their 24 years of service to the Winneshiek County Fair.

Edna Schrandt is now Fair Manager.  But she and her husband have also volunteered in numerous ways for the fair.  Ted and Edna started a Horse Fun Day, Ted started barrel races at the Fair and the two have been activie in dozens of ways with 4H/FFA clubs.
