Decorah business profiled by Des Moines media company

A business started by two Decorah residents is getting publicity from a Des Moines-based website.  Silicon Prairie covers business news in Iowa.

One of its latest posts involves Goodblogs, a business started by Jason Trout and Peter Awad of Decorah.  Goodblogs  helps businesses set up websites devoted to specific interests such as vegetarianism or horse raising.  Independent bloggers submit content to the websites and get paid based on the popularity of their submissions.   Goodblogs has six employees in Decorah.
