A Decorah business is reporting a scam. Sims TV & Electronics says someone with a phone number from the (435) area code has been calling DIRECTV customers at their homes and telling them they are out of contract and misquoting prices being charged by DIRECTV. The individual then tries to sell the customers a DISH TV contract.
Sims TV & Electronics says the person has NO access or knowledge of the status of your account with DIRECTV, so please do not give out any personal information to him.
