The USDA's Natural Resource Conservation Service is offering to help Winneshiek County repair 301st Street, which suffered damage in last weekend's flooding.
NRCS official Jay Mahr says the agency will pay engineering costs and 10 percent of construction costs for repairs to restore Canoe Creek to its previous riverbed.
Winneshiek County road crews last week dumped 57 loads of gravel onto the road to restore the roadbed.
