Decorah Park-Rec Department is getting a new Recreation Superintendent

The Decorah Parks and Recreation Department has hired a new Recreation Superintendent.

Erika Randall is a 2009 graduate of Luther College who has worked for Decorah Parks and Recreation in various capacities since 2007.  As an AmeriCorps Service Member since August 2012, she has been highly involved in the Northeast Iowa Food and Fitness Initiative throughout area schools. 

The Recreation Superintendent is responsible for youth programming, adult recreation, and CREW events.

Erika is an assistant softball coach for Luther College, and has become involved in the Decorah community through her various work and volunteer experiences. 

Erika will begin her new role as Recreation Superintendent in July.
