10:30PM UPDATE: Another round of thunderstorms

The National Weather Serve Office in La Crosse has issued a Flash Flood Warning until 1:30 a.m. Tuesday for Winneshiek County.  A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Tuesday morning.

The latest round of thunderstorms is dumping more rain on already-soaked ground.  The Flash Flood Warning is advising Winneshiek County residents to avoid flood-prone areas.
