Teenage skateboarder struck by car on College Drive

15-year-old Jacob Jensen of Albert Lea, Minnesota was injured Saturday afternoon when he lost control of his skateboard on High Street at College Drive and struck the rear passenger side door of a car driven by 79-year-old Norma Hervey of Decorah.  Hervey told police she tried to avoid the collision, but could not.  Jensen was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by ambulance.
