Luther College bookshop Director Deanna Casterton has been named to the National Association of College Stores Foundation board of directors. Casterton will serve on the board of the NACS Foundation for three years.
Casterton has worked at the bookstore since 1991 and became director of the bookstore in August 2011. She has worked her entire professional career at Luther. A 1991 Luther graduate, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology.
The NACS Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the National Association of College Stores. In 1982, a group of visionary industry leaders created the NACS Foundation, then known as the College Stores Research & Educational Foundation, to permanently endow education, professional development and program grants and research activities for the college store industry.
