Four of five weekdays are Sun-days? Would you believe 3.5 days?

Earlier this week, decorahnews.com promise that four out of five weekdays this week would be sunny.  So far Monday through Wednesday have had periods of sunshine--and periods of torrential rain!

But you'll like Thursday's and Friday's weather.  So, as we wrap up "Sun-days" on a high point, here are some suggestions:

• The rain has left the ground soft.  Pull some weeds.
• Take a break and great some ice cream at Happy Joe's, Culver's, The Whippy Dip of the Sugar Bowl.
• Two words: "Bike.  Trail."
• Go feed the trout at the Decorah Fish Hatchery
• Visit the Decorah Prairie
• Take a walk
• Visit The Courtyard
  
• Take in a local baseball or softball game
• Get out of the house or office
• Bird watching.  Some people enjoy it
• Go camping--we have great campgrounds in the area!
• "Al fresco" is not an Italian guy!  Visit Don Jose, Mc Caffrey's, Oneota Co-op, Magpie or any other place that has outdoor dining.
  
• Leave the house at night to look at the stars
• Stop reading this story!! (Even though we shouldn't be telling you this!)
