Work to begin Wednesday at State Street and Claiborne Drive intersection

The intersection of State Street and Claiborne Drive will look a lot different when students return this fall.
Work will begin Wednesday on turning the intersection into a "T" intersection, with State Street getting extended further north and getting squared up with Claiborne Drive.
Crews will begin work on Wednesday to break up the existing concrete. Warning signs will also start to go up Wednesday.
