Decorah Tree Board sponsors tree planting

Members of the Decorah Tree Board and members of the Green Iowa Americorps Decorah crew have planted new trees at three sites in the City of Decorah.

Trees have been planted at Wold Park, along the street at the "Lower Fareway" lot and around the picnic shelter by the bridge over Highway 9 on the Trout Run Trail.  A wide variety of shade and ornamental trees were planted.
