Flooding closes several Winneshiek County roads

Flooding in Winneshiek County has led to the closing of five roads on Tuesday:

--Chimney Rock Road west of the Bluffton Bridge
--244th Avenue south of Hitching Post Road
--370th Street between 318th Avenue and 328th Avenue
--County Highway W-14 south of Cold Water Creek Road
--Cattle Creek Road one-half mile east of 290th Avenue
