New "Little Lending Library" opens at the Decorah Campground

Campers at the Pulpit Rock Campground can now pick up a free book, thanks to Decorah High School industrial arts students and the Decorah Public Library.

The students have created a "Little Lending Library" in the shape of an old-fashioned RV.  The library has been hung on the wall of the shower facility at the campground.  On Friday the Decorah Public Library dropped off some books to stock the Little Lending Library.

Decorah HS students are also working on creating a second Little Lending Library for the other side of the campground.
