Tuesday's high temperature in Decorah was 79 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Thursday's expected high temperature will be 36 degrees.

The National Weather Service is predicting a mix of rain and snow on Thursday into Friday, mainly from midafternoon Thursday to early Friday morning.
